School community participation

The community can consist of many people who you might not have thought of before. Teachers, students and parents are only the beginning... grandparents, local businesses, the local council, voluntary organisations can all contribute something to the school, the development of young minds and the good of the community and the Earth.

Perhaps some of these resources can inspire some new ideas that could work in your school and with your community. Always keep your eyes and ears open for special days and events put on by your local council where you can get a group together and participate.
