What's new?

Mobile Muster "I can do that!" Schools Recycling Challenge. For every 30kgs of recycled mobile phone and accessories collected, $100 will be donated to Landcare Australia to provide enough plants and predator proof fencing to help restore a bandicoot's habitat. Registration closes 26 October, 2009. Challenge concludes 13 November.
The Water Project 2009: A young persons symposium on water hosted by the Sleek Geeks, Adam Spencer and Dr Karl, Parramatta 13 November at the Riverside Theatres, Parramatta.
Education for sustainability: connecting classrooms and communities 30-31 October. An environmental education conference focussing on school, community and household kitchen gardens.

Not a school?

If you are from an organisation that works with schools, you can be involved by joining the Sustainable Schools Network. As a member of the network you will receive regular news about upcoming opportunities and activities you can be involved in. The Sustainable Schools Network is made up of over 1000 schools and organisations in New South Wales and is still growing.
